Request a CN
It is recommended that you request a CN at least 10 business days excluding Saturday, Sunday, and federal holidays in advance to allow us to find an available CN. Please fill out the form below to request a CN and click or tap 'submit'.
When a CN is confirmed, you and your CN need to discuss and agree who is responsible for covering espenses of gas, meals, and/or hotel room.
If another form of transportation, such as train or air is used, you and your CN need to discuss and agree who is responsible for covering the costs.
If you are requesting a CN for your upcoming cruise or other travel arrangements, please request a CN at least 60 days prior to your confirmed departure date.
